Please record a video prior to unpacking your purchase. In the event of any damage, contact us at heylijewels.in@gmail.com . Refund or replacement requests require valid proof through the provided video.
A replacement will only be provided. A refund can only be issued in case of unavailability of the same product.
Once orders are placed, they are non-exchangeable for other products.
Should a specific item in your order be unprocessable, we offer the option of replacing it with an equivalent or higher-value item, provided the additional cost is covered. Alternatively, a refund for that particular item will be processed within 5 to 7 working days, depending on the transaction type.
We advise customers or their authorized representatives to be present at the specified destination address during courier service hours (typically 9 am to 5 pm IST) for item retrieval. If the recipient is unavailable, three delivery attempts will be made. Should the courier be returned after these attempts, the customer will be notified, and any return shipping charges may apply for re-sending the courier, contingent on the circumstances.
Please note that no refund will be initiated for courier returns.
